This site is located kitty corner to the Seneca Alleghany Casino and the Seneca's are building a hotel with 212 rooms bringing the total number of Seneca hotel rooms to approximately 450. The Seneca's also have a 123,000 sq.ft. Seneca Nation Administrative building adjacent to the Seneca Alleghany Casino. Tim Horton's has leased an outparcel and are anticipating opening for business in the Spring of 2008. Alleghany State Park, Holiday Valley Ski Resort and Golf Lodge, Holimont Ski Resort, and the Chautauqua Institute are attractions located within close proximity to this site. The travel center is planne for Summer 2008 construction and will offer tax free petroeum and cigarette sales along with a convenience store and restaurants inside.
